FYI Reuben Foster failed a drug test at the combine. He claims it was a diluted sample because he had the flu and had to hydrate before the combine. No word yet if he’s hired @Shooter as his attorney. Sample A, sample B, Goodell hates him, etc.

I’d never derail a thread. Completely rude. Not a surprise @shooter did it.
Anyone been watching the Cavs? Blowing late leads is scary.
Shooter replied to the topic Do you guys remember Josh Gordon? in the forum Browns Forum 7 years, 7 months ago
It is much more likely that he’s done way more than we know about and his agent has ‘leaked’ some of his more benign actions to hide his bigger problems.
If I’m being objective, and I try to be, I can’t discount that as a possibility.
I’m assuming @shooter you think it’s something personal then between Goodell and Gordon.
I have no idea. It…[Read more]

So that totally disproves @Soup‘s idea that the league office punished Gordon so harshly because he’s a Brown and Goodell hates the Browns. Johnny Rotten sure gave Goodell every excuse to put another nail in the Brown’s coffin.
So since that’s off the table, I’m assuming @Shooter you think it’s something personal then between Goodell and…[Read more]

The shit that comes outta your mouth sometimes…
It’s amazing what comes outta that guy sometimes ain’t it lol?
I am pretty sure he has the standard brain damage of a browns qb.
That, was fucking hilarious.
@shooter, that’s some of the best trolling I’ve seen in years!

Again, correct me if I’m wrong because I’m too lazy to google.
Dawg E. Dawg explained it correctly.
I’m enjoying @shooter‘s excuses for Gordon.
Okay, let me explain this. Do I think that Josh Gordon is ultimately responsible for himself? Yes, yes I do. Do I think he’s made poor choices and put himself in this position? Yes, yes I do.
Dawg E. Dawg replied to the topic Do you guys remember Josh Gordon? in the forum Browns Forum 7 years, 7 months ago
You’re wrong, lol.
Goodell reinstated Gordon with a 4 game suspension as a condition for reinstatement. He served the 4 game suspension, so he was able to be put on the active roster.
When he went into rehab, Goodell put him on his double-secret probation type no-justification-needed commissioners exemption list without ever giving an…[Read more]

IIRC Goodell didn’t “re-suspend” Gordon. Gordon decided to go to rehab the day before he was eligible to apply for reinstatement. Again, correct me if I’m wrong because I’m too lazy to google. But that’s a big difference from Goodell choosing to suspend him again for going to rehab.
I’m enjoying @Shooter‘s excuses for Gordon. ‘He entered the NFL…[Read more]

I agree with @shooter. Not a fan of the TE picks as it’s not a need. Not a fan of Mahomes either (I’m sure I’m an ouside on his, but “physical talent” that gets tinkered with at all = failure. If Bernie Kosar’s motion was changed out of college he’d have been a bust. Brady Quinn’s grip was changed and he became a bust. Happens time and time…[Read more]

Ah, but @shooter didn’t say that Elway is more likely to make better decisions, he only said “It’s common sense that John Elway knows more about football, running a team, and evaluating the talent of QB’s than you do.” That is an empirical fact unless Soup has a secret football life none of us know about.

In regards to the bold. None of his 3 QB’s wouldv’e been drafted by me. How many of his 3 QBs would you want starting for the Browns the next 10 years? Looking at that logically – reality is Siemien was a 7th round pick. I won’t fault him for a 7th round QB. It’s the 7th round.
Osweiler was a 2nd orund pick
Lynch was a 1st round pickWhich…[Read more]

@shooter Osweiler is pure garbage. 5-2?
Win vs NE 30-24. Denver had 3 rush TDs. 15, 19 and 48 yards.
Win vs Bears 17-15. Yay for 17 points!
Win vs Chargers 17-3. Defense anyone? And to get to 17 points required a pick 6.
Win vs Bengals 30-24. CJ Anderson 39 yard TD run.
That’s it. That 5th win? Osweiler was BENCHED because he was…[Read more]

@Shooter, you’re hitting me for wanting a proven QB who’s injury prone, and then suggesting instead we use a high 1st rounder for an unproven QB who had 2 NFL starts then got injured.

I’m not bitter about it. I’m fine with Mack leaving for the reasons he did and with Gabriel being cut. Now let me clairfy:
1. I wish the idiots 2 regimes ago would’ve signed Mack long term. He’s one of the best centers in the NFL.
2. Taylor Gabriel, while I enjoyed him as a Brown, is a #4 WR at best (like he is in Atlanta).
That said:

I agree MDP.
