What we need are coaches without huge egos that have nothing to prove. Coaches with big egos like Haley have their system, run their system, and they know their system works. If it isn’t working, it must be because of the players. Coaches without egos will figure out what their team does well, focus on it, and improve it.

All those things are very interesting to see but I’m not wishing for any of them to happen.
