Come back Travis Coons, we’re sorry.
Seriously, fuck Cody Parkey. I hope they didn’t let him board the flight back home.

I don’t know if I’m getting old, apathetic, or both, but this time instead of breaking furniture or dinnerware I actually just chuckled and shook my head the entire time from the time of the penalty call to McCown’s interception.
I’d like to add a goat to Ray Horton and his 3rd down defense. Like clockwork, a single blitzing defender will create a hole in the defense. Not to worry, opposing quarterbacks, you will still have 6 or 7 seconds to survey the field and determine where that hole is.
Game ball goes to McCown. This game reminded me of the end of Braveheart where the crowd that once was eager to see a man tortured just wanted him to give the fuck up and end it.

How long do I have to wait to start talking shit?
Okay, okay, should I even start talking shit to begin with? I’m a Browns fan and they (Panthers) were just in the Superbowl, do I have a chance in this argument? Should I not? Is that the best way to play this?
Help me out here boys. So far my closing argument to any sports discussion I have down here is “Shut the fuck up….. Lebron. Championship bro”.As an ex-patriot myself, I can tell you that sports fandom in the south is a lot different than it is in the midwest, Shooter. You’re going to have to overturn some serious rocks to find someone who gives a shit about their punter the way we do. The average Panther fan probably can’t name 10 guys on the roster. I bet we have a better recollection of Jake Delhomme than they do. If you run some Andy Lee smack, they’ll probably give you the same vacant stare as if you were to try to explain to them that professional wrestling is fake.

He’ll get hurt next year when our expectations are higher.
May 18, 2015 at 5:50 pm #1291TrippyParticipantThe Bucs’ offensive line was so brutal last year that at one point Oniel Cousins was starting at left tackle. Let that sink in a minute. McCown won’t be as good as he was in 13 with the Bears, but he won’t be as bad as he was last year.
As for Manziel, the Steelers won with Kordell Stewart, Neil O’Donnell, and Tommy Maddox until they found Roethlisberger. We are building our team the same way. At least we aren’t trying to force one to work (Weeden, McCoy, Frye, Quinn, etc etc).
May 17, 2015 at 6:38 pm #1270TrippyParticipantI think the punishment was harder on the Patriots because of past offenses (Spygate, etc) and I also think that public opinion had a lot to do with it. There is a lot of hate for all Boston sports teams and fans are going absolutely nuts. The NFL and Goodell fucked up the Ray Rice thing so bad that people were calling for Goodell’s head. He wasn’t going to let that happen again.
