In a performance that can best be described as unexpected, the Browns controlled the 49ers throughout the entire game. Offensively we saw the team run as they had promised so many times before. Crowell and Johnson combined for 223 yards on the ground. Crowell contributed 145 of those yards on just 20 carries for over 7 yards per carry. The passing game was also efficient. Manziel completed 66% of his passes for 270 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT. Brian Hartline led the team with 108 tough receiving
And the mediocrity continues, Browns fans. All I could muster last week was 8-8 to bring my overall record to 97-59 (62.2%). And here’s more breaking news . . . the Browns BLOW and there’s no hope for improvement in the near future.
