Both Kyle Shanahan (OC) and Dowell Loggains (QB Coach) are officially leaving the Browns. Shanahan was released from his contract after it went public that he was unhappy in Cleveland because of meddling from upstairs. He presided over an offense that ended up scoring 18.7 points per game, good enough for 27th in the league and managed 325 yards per game, 23rd best in the league. According to Mary Kay Cabot, Kyle Shanahan wants to get out of Cleveland so badly that he’d accept the same position, offensive coordinator, with another team.
Allegedly he is upset because he feels the front office has been meddling with the coaching staff, so much that they even sent a text during a game to the staff about playcalling.
