Browns Release Ben Tate
In one of the more shocking moves of the week, the Browns announced that they have released starting running back Ben Tate. Calling him the starter may be a bit of a misnomer, because the Browns have featured all three of their RB’s (Tate, West, and Crowell) in different games based on who had the best practice that week.

In a game that was every bit as ugly as the final score, the Browns drop an important game at home to the Texans. JJ Watt was wreaking havoc in the offensive backfield all day. The Browns defensive line only had 4 combined tackles before garbage time. Hoyer was off most of the game and ended up attempting 50 passes and only completing 20 of them.
