@Shooter you’re not wrong. Not sure if I was clear, I was ONLY referring to the story posted by GA that mentions him punching a man in the face. There’s no other details provided, just that he punched a man in the face. First off we don’t know if the man deserved it. Secondly the face is the most effective place to punch a man (usually).

I also want to mention that I’m not trying to steal the Gameballs and Goats thread from Soup. I know it’s his baby and he looks forward to firing everyone every week. As far as Williams is concerned I’m interested to see him play out the string. We’ve got 5 games left against some pretty tough opponents.

Bruce Arians has publicly said that if he’s HC he’d retain Kitchens and I think Williams. Why the hell would we want Arians if our goal is to retain the current staff? I’d prefer Williams over Arians.

Soup calls for him to be fired approx. 6 times per game.

Yes Robinson is playing much better than Harrison was, but Shooter is right. There’s a lot that goes into that. We’re playing a lot more shotgun, there’s a lot more 3 step drops than 7 step drops, Mayfield is getting better at feeling the pocket, etc.

EXACTLY. Who is looking forward to the rest of THIS season? I sure as hell am! We probably aren’t going to the playoffs but I’m still looking forward to Sundays again. I’m not thinking “How are we gonna fuck this one up” or “I wonder if the refs are gonna steal this win from us.”

You do realize that ‘our standards’ here on a message board actually do not affect how the team plays, right? Positive thoughts, even by a bunch of attractive intelligent men like us, don’t change the score.
