I get the hate, but there is something wrong with his brain. Rapes a homeless woman? Exposes himself randomly? Like he has brain damage. Hope the victims can get the help they need and hope he does too.

Everyone has urges to do illegal and/or weird shit. At a farmers market there was a lady who was selling cakes. One of them was orange and green and for some reason from the moment I saw it I wanted to punt that fucking cake out of the zip code just to see it explode and watch her reaction. You know what I did? I DIDN’T PUNT THE FUCKING CAKE. Animals can’t resist their urges. A fucking crazy person who was not living in reality would have drop kicked that fucking cake and not worried about the consequences. But KWII is not crazy. He knew what he was doing was wrong and he MADE THE CHOICE to do it anyway. Once to a 17 year old passed out girl, and at least once to an elderly person. That choice makes him evil. Fuck him.

People hate it when I say this – but to be a person who murders other people, there is something mentally wrong with you. Like to accept that is OK means there is something that has trained your weak mind to do something like this.

I hear you dude, but Winslow isn’t crazy. He is a fully functioning human being who knows his actions are bad, weighs the possibility of getting caught, and chose to do the bad actions. Maybe you could say that he was entitled since a young age due to his talent and family, but that doesn’t excuse those evil choices.

Because you function as a physical person doesnt mean you are fully functional. High school friend of mine is bipolar. He needs to stay on his meds or he turns into a careless drunk and has no regrets. It’s not the same person as I knew in high school. He literally had an episode and was never the same. He is a normal person though when he is on his meds. Hell he works at a gun shop and has had a successful career. The police have been generous knowing his problem when he has fallen off his meds. Like for no reason he tries and breaks into something. Literally, he has all the money in the world. He is in 1% and he just does things for no rhyme or reason. I have a cousin who is similar. Insanity defense would be a diagnosed mental disorder. AKA Schizophrenia, or some other disorder. It requires evaluation and a determination of not being fit to stand trial. In short, it’s a hard thing to prove. His guilty plea is a way to guarantee a lesser sentence. In this current liberal world everyone looks for excuses. Some people are just assholes plain and simple and lack empathy. Lacking empathy isn’t a mental disease

Not everything is cut and dry when it comes to mental health. At the end of the day, I like to take things with an open mind. Not like the retard who shooter who is one of the most close minded dudes I have ever encountered. I realize that I am no expert on people and I like to think that both people shooter just ragged on me about are not evil people but something has caused this. These people have met ten thousand more people than me and you combined. Why all of a sudden do these people act like this? Kareem Hunt literally talks to a hundred more people than we do a day. He doesnt physically assault them. How do we know shooter hasn’t assaulted a woman in the past? What would that say about ever person on here’s character for associating? Dude I really try to keep an open mind too. I appreciate that you do. As all these accusations started popping up I hoped they were false. I never assumed he did it because I just didn’t have the information, but I said it looks pretty bad and if he did commit those crimes he needs to go away. Now there’s more information; he pleaded guilty. He did it. He raped an unconscious 17-year-old girl and also an older lady.
I think we can both agree that people who commit rape obviously don’t function like the rest of us, especially a guy who rapes elderly women. Whether you call it ‘insanity’ or ‘evil’ is just semantics; we can have that debate if you like. But the takeaway is that he cannot be allowed to be a member of society.
